The house and beach front deck command a spectacular view of the lake and on a
clear day the city of Toronto. Steps lead down to your own secluded gravel beach and water access. 

The property has a large yard with mature shade trees and 100 feet of beach frontage. The roomy observation - deck above the beach is a great spot to relax, sun, sip a cold drink, converse and enjoy the view.

This lakefront property is located 16.5 miles (19 minutes) from the heart of the downtown tourist area of Niagara Falls, NY and the Rainbow Bridge leading to Niagara Falls, Canada.

This beautiful water-front home has a wrap-around deck, two bedrooms, two full baths and two additional sleeper sofas. House can sleep up to six comfortably.

Our fully-furnished Vacation home has central air, microwave, washer, dryer, wood-stove, furnace, appliances, utensils, dishes and bedding.

We are offering you your choice of one week in June, July or August.  All rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

 

Our waterfront property is close to the quaint Victorian village of Niagara On The Lake. This popular tourist destination is home to the Shaw Festival and many Shakespearean theatre productions.

We are also minutes from historic old Fort Niagara. The fort is now a museum and presents mock battles and drills from the War of 1812. At Fort Niagara State Park visitors can also use picnic areas, a public boat launch, a sandy beach and public swimming pools.

Located minutes in either direction from Youngstown Harbor or Wilson Harbor, you will be close to marinas, yacht clubs and professional fishing guide charter boats, eager to help you catch Lake Ontario's trophy trout, salmon and bass.

Our fishing boat is an older small aluminum boat with motor. It's not pretty or fancy but it is dry, sturdy, stable and safe for two or three people to fish up and down the shoreline on calm days.  

Important Notes:  

  • We require all our guests to sign a Waiver Of Responsibility Form before arrival, releasing us from all liability in the event of an accident or injury on the lake, or anywhere on the property.
  • The newly remodeled interior of our house is a smoke-free and pet-free environment.
  • No smoking is allowed inside the house
  • No pets are allowed on the property

Your reservation will be officially secured and locked in when payment in full is received . A fully refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required. Payment must be received before your scheduled arrival date. Your week goes from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 3:00 PM and checkout time is 11:00 AM. Please be sure to specify the week that you want. Any couples renting our lake-house will be asked to show some type of proof that they are married.
