Off-Campus Housing For Mature College Students, Grad Assistants And College Professors

During The School Year Our Private Beach Front Home Is Available To Rent As College Housing For Mature College Students, Professors And Graduate Assistants.

Here you can study in peace and solitude while you enjoy the view, the sound of the waves, and the beautiful sunsets.

The house and beach-front deck command a spectacular view of Lake Ontario and on a clear day the city of Toronto. Steps lead down to your own private gravel beach and water access.

This lakefront home is located 12  miles from Niagara University, 10 miles from NCCC and 30 - 45 minutes from the Buffalo area colleges.

The house has a large yard with mature shade trees and 100 feet of beach frontage. The roomy deck above the beach is a great spot to relax, study, and converse.  A stone barbecue grill is also on the property. 

The house has two bedrooms and two baths. This fully furnished home has central air, microwave, washer, dryer, wood-stove, furnace, appliances, utensils, and dishes.

We require all tenants to sign a Waiver Of Responsibility form, releasing us from all liability in the event of an accident or injury in the house or anywhere on the property.

Because this is our own summer home and has been recently remodeled to immaculate - like new condition, we have had to impose some very strict rules and regulations.  Any students renting our home do so with a full understanding and signed agreement to abide by these rules:

• No smoking is allowed inside the house

• No pets are allowed on the property. 

• If one or more of the student renters is under 21 - no alcohol will be allowed on the premises.

• There will be no student parties or over-night guests. 

• A security/damage deposit of $1000. and references are required from all tenants.

• Upon move out inspection, house and property must be found to be clean and in move in condition for a full refund of this deposit to be issued. 

• Any couples renting this beach-front home must show some type of proof that they are married.

Owners may inspect the house as often as once a week.

Tenants found to be in violation of any of these rules will automatically lose their security deposit and the right to rent from us the following semester.  In the case of flagrant disobedience or reckless, willful damage, occupants will be immediately evicted and lose all rental monies and deposits.

Rates (New Low Prices)

• Two students ------ $2,000 each per semester -- utilities included

• Three students ------ $1,700 each per semester -- utilities included

• Four students ----- $1,500 each per semester -- utilities included

• One student or married couple - $595 per month - without utilities

• One student or married couple -$1,000 per month - utilities included
