Rent Our Private Water-Front Home Near Niagara Falls

Our private beach-front summer home is available for long-term rental to mature, responsible adults or a small family from September through May each year.  We require a signed nine month lease, references, and a security/damage deposit of $700. 

Live in peace and solitude while you enjoy the view, the sound of the waves, and the beautiful sunsets. The house and beach-front deck command a spectacular view of the lake and, on a clear day, the city of Toronto. 

Steps lead down to your own private gravel beach and water access. This lakefront home is located on Lake Ontario close to Youngstown NY and just 16.5 miles from Niagara Falls.

The house has a large yard with mature shade trees and 100 feet of beach frontage.  The roomy deck above the beach is a great spot to relax, sip coffee or cold drinks, and converse.  A stone barbecue grill,  and a storage building are also on the property.  The house has two bedrooms and two full baths. This fully furnished home has central air, microwave, washer, dryer, wood-stove, furnace, appliances, utensils, dishes and no basement.

We require all tenants to sign a Waiver Of Responsibility form, releasing us from all liability in the event of an accident or injury in the house or anywhere on the property. 

Because this is our own summer home and has been recently remodeled to immaculate - like new condition, we have had to impose some very strict rules and regulations:

• No smoking is allowed inside the house
• No pets are allowed on the property.
• Upon move out inspection, house and property must be found to be clean and in move in condition for a full refund of the damage deposit to be issued.
• Tenants must show proof of and maintain a basic Home Renters Liability insurance policy.
• Any couples renting this beach-front home must show some type of proof that they are married.

Owners may inspect the house as often as once a month. 

Violation of any of these rules will automatically terminate the lease and tenants will lose their security deposit.  In the case of flagrant disobedience or reckless, willful damage, occupants may be immediately evicted and lose all rental monies and deposits.

Monthly off-season rental September through May  --------  $595 per month plus all utilities or $1000. per month (includes all utilities).
